Video Breakdown: ATH Vicari Swain commits to South Carolina

As preseason camp rolls on for South Carolina, the Gamecocks continue to add pieces to their future. Another prospect has committed to play at USC.
Three-star Athlete Vicari Swain out of Carrollton (Ga.) went public this afternoon, announcing his commitment to play for Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks.

Standing at 6-foot-1, 163 pounds, Gamecock Central recruiting inside Wes Mitchell reports that Swain appears to be on South Carolina’s board as a defensive back but is capable of also playing wide receiver at the collegiate level.
Swain chooses South Carolina over a long list of power five schools including Duke, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt. Those six schools I just mentioned were his official top six that he released in early July.
