Video: What SEC Network's Chris Doering is looking for from South Carolina in opener
SEC Network’s Chris Doering will be the color commentator Saturday night when South Carolina plays Georgia State.
On Friday, he joined Gamecock Central’s Mike Uva to discuss the Gamecocks’ opener and what Shane Beamer is building in Columbia. He also shed light as to why he’s picking Kentucky to go 11-1 and when the broadcasters find out about the times for SEC games each week.
You can catch Saturday’s game at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+
New Gamecock Central postgame show debuting this week
Starting on Saturday, Gamecock Central will be airing a new postgame show. The show will be hosted by Gamecock Central’s Mike Uva and will feature other GC personalities.
The show will air shortly after the game ends each week. Like normal GC Live shows they’ll be available to be watched on YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. One of the wrinkles we’re adding to this show is a call-in feature. These shows are about y’all. We want to hear from you. So call into the program and let your voice be heard. We’ll recap games but this will be an extended part of The Insiders Forum each week. However, it won’t be limited to just GC subscribers.
