Welcome Home! Alabama transfer big man commits to South Carolina
Alabama transfer portal big man Nick Pringle has committed to South Carolina men’s basketball.
Head coach Lamont Paris and the entire staff met with Pringle in Tuscaloosa last week as the 6-foot-10, 230-pounder emerged as a priority target for the Gamecocks.
Pringle committed to the Gamecocks Saturday night after being on campus for two days on an official visit.
The former Whale Branch standout averaged 6.8 points and 5.1 rebounds for the Tide this past season and ended up playing a huge role in their Final Four run.
Pringle is ranked the No. 96 overall prospect in the portal by 247Sports.
