South Carolina has found some additional help on the defensive line. Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks have landed graduate transfer Deandre Jules from the transfer portal out of Pittsburgh.
Jules announced his commitment via Twitter/X on Wednesday night. He was also the fourth public commitment this week and the fifth if the expected commitment of running back Rocket Sanders is included.

The DMV to SC trend continues as Jules is a native of Germantown, Maryland.
Jules wrapped up an official visit with South Carolina on Wednesday after taking a visit to Florida last weekend.
Jules is yet another veteran presence on the defensive line that is returning Tonka Hemingway, T.J. Sanders, and Boogie Huntley.
The 6-foot-3, 310-pounder has one year of eligibility left.
