As a reminder, the Industry Ranknig is a weighted average of the four major recruiting media sites, On3, 247Sports, Rivals, and ESPN.
For football, the algorithm is weighted as follows: On3 (35%), 247Sports (35%), Rivals.com (20%) and ESPN (10%). So shifts from the other sites result in a shift in the IR.
