Official Contest Rules to win tickets to the South Carolina-Vanderbilt football game
1. NO PURCHASE is necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Subject to federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of GamecockCentral and 107.5 The Game (Sponsors) and the immediate family members of, or any person domiciled with, any such employees or contractors are not eligible to enter or win. You are not a winner until you have been notified as a potential winner and you have complied with all terms of these rules.
3. HOW TO ENTER: The deadline to enter is Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023 at Noon ET. The Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsors. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive emails from Sponsors or those directed by Sponsors. You can opt out of the receipt of such emails by following the directions in emails received from Sponsors.
4. CONTEST WINNER SELECTION & ODDS: Contest winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the published Contest deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Prior to Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023 at 5 p.m. ET, winner will be notified at email address provided to Sponsors on winner’s entry form. The deadline for winner to respond to notice is Friday, Nov. 10, 2023 at 5 p.m. ET. It is winner’s responsibility to check spam, junk, and similar folders for notice. Not responding to prize notification by deadline or return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

6. PRIZE TERMS: Winner will receive two tickets to the South Carolina-Vanderbilt football game to be played on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023. Winner may waive right to receive prizes. No substitutions allowed by winner. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s consent to publication of his or her name in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsors.
7. PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion at any time. Should the promotion be terminated before the stated expiration date, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes based on the eligible entries received before the termination date.
8. CONSTRUCTION: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
9. DECISIONS AND WINNER NAME: The decisions of Sponsors regarding the selection of winner and all other aspects of a promotion shall be final and binding in all respects.
