A look at which members of Tennessee's top-ten 2025 recruiting class are expected to be early enrollees
Tennessee signed a top-ten recruiting class during the early signing period. The Vols locked in 25 total members of their 2025 recruiting class during the window which ran from December 4th through the December 6th.
“When you’re talking about recruiting high school players, you’re looking at the immediate, as they come on the campus for the following fall, but you’re also looking long term,” Tennessee Head Coach Josh Heupel said of his 2025 class. “And so size, length, speed, athleticism, we have to continue to grow in that area. But also, I mentioned it earlier, just the makeup, the competitive makeup of who they are, how hard they’re willing to work, what they’re willing to sacrifice, leadership traits. But those traits to grow inside of this game. And you want all the physical attributes, but it’s the mental makeup, the passion and purpose that they have within them that dictates their climb at this level. And the longer we’ve been here, it’s still like we continue to recruit to the culture of our program and the guys that fit in within the competitive makeup of it. Couldn’t be more excited about the group we have coming in.”
Tennessee is expected to welcome several of those members to campus in the coming weeks as early enrollees.
Members of Tennessee’s 2025 recruiting class expected to be on campus as an early enrollee and announced by the University last week includes, LB Brenden Anes, RB Justin Baker, TE DaSaahn Brame, DL Isaiah Campbell, DL Mariyon Dye, LB Christian Gass, LB Jaedon Harmon, WR Radarious Jackson, DB Dylan Lewis, QB George MacIntyre, DB Tim Merritt, OL Nic Moore, RB Daune Morris, OL Anotoni Ogumoro, LB Jadon Perlotte, DB Tre Poteat, DB Ty Redmond, OL David Sanders Jr., WR Travis Smith, DL Ethan Utley, TE Jack Van Dorselaer, and DB Sidney Walton.
There are fluctuations in the timelines for several of these players, however. Tennessee signee Jack Van Doreselaer’s team remains in the hunt for a state title in Texas, so if they win their semi-finals game this upcoming week, he would be playing for a state championship on December 21st, which means he would make his way to campus in January most likely.
