Arion Carter feeling confident about Vols' defense

There has definitely been something of a ‘new faces in new places’ theme for Tennessee on the offensive side of the football in fall camp. It’s a different story on the defensive side where Arion Carter is a big part of a unit that’s got productive veterans back at every level.
