Junior Jake Hall was the star of the show this week for the Vols. After finishing 12-under and tying for second in the stroke play portion, the Halls native won his match 3&2.
Also with an impressive week, redshirt freshman Lance Simpson birdied his last three holes to win his match 2 up. Simpson also finished in the top 10 in just his second collegiate start.
The clinching point came from veteran Bryce Lewis, who led 5 up after 12 holes but got pushed all the way to 18. Lewis birdied the final hole to lock in the win.
