Louisa County (Va.) 2026 running back Savion Hiter has trimmed his top list of schools and has set his official visits, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Hiter is now down to Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, and Tennessee. He will take official visits to each during the summer. Hiter removed Penn State from his finalists.

Hiter will visit Ohio State the weekend of May 30th, Georgia the weekend of June 6th, Michigan the weekend of June 13, and Tennessee the weekend of June 20. The Vols will get the final visit leading into the mandated dead period which runs through July 31st.

Hiter was most recently on campus in Knoxville in November for Tennessee’s matchup against Kentucky.

“It was electric,” Hiter told Volquest following the visit. “I mean, people are just together as a family, cheering for everybody and everybody rooting for Tennessee… I expected big out of Tennessee, and I got what I expected.”

Hiter reiterated at the time that the Vols have had a strong bond with him since his freshman year.

“I mean, I’m a priority to them,” Hiter said. “I feel like they made it known that they want me, and I made it known that they’re one of my top schools right now.

“I have the best relationship with them the most since my freshman year, and I built it with Coach (Aston) Walter and I had it with Coach (Jerry) Mack before Coach Sims came. And now I have it with Coach Sims.”

Hiter is rated as the top rated back in the 2026, and he is rated as the No.20 overall prospect, according to the On3 rankings
