Priority 4-star LB target set to return to Rocky Top for Spring Game

Tennessee will host a number of recruits on Saturday for its annual Orange and White game festivities inside of Neyland Stadium. One top priority has announced his plans to visit. Four-star Kell High School (Ga.) linebacker Brayden Rouse announced on Wednesday night that he will return to Knoxville on Saturday for another visit with the Volunteers.
Rouse most recently visited Knoxville in January for a Junior Day, but he has been a frequent visitor on Rocky Top over the last calendar year.
“I know a lot about Tennessee already because every time I go up there, they are amazing to my family,” Rouse told Volquest in February. “We have already talked the football side of things, so it is more talking and keeping building that connection and making the relationship stronger.”
Rouse’s recruitment has only continued to intensify since the end of his Junior Season, and the Vols were one of the schools to get involved early.

“It was a little hectic and a little crazy,” Rouse said in February of the process continuing to blow up. “My dad is a recruiting coordinator, so I have been preparing for this my whole. I have had a feeling it might come. The visits are big to sit down and talk with the coaches and defensive coordinators. They will really sit down and show you how you will be used in the defense. That is a big part. Bringing my family onto campus, so they can talk to the support staff, and nutritionists, and see how they can help me and what plan they have for me. It is more for my family, but it is also good to see the football side of it.”
Rouse has scheduled multiple official visits for the summer, including stops at Alabama, Michigan, Georgia, and Tennessee. The Vols are set to host him the last official visit weekend of June.
