SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey meets media ahead of Vols and Tigers
BATON ROUGE, La. — With so many hit button topics going on in college sports, no one person carries the weight more than SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.
Sankey is working with politicians in Washington D.C. to get a plan on NIL reform. He is working inside the conference to get ready to welcome Oklahoma and Texas in 2025.
He is working with all schools to come up with a scheduling plan for the conference. The conference currently plays eight games in their 12 game overall schedule but there is a push to go to nine conference games.
He talked about all those topics and more with the media in Baton Rouge.
