Schedule changes for Tennessee vs. Bowling Green this weekend
There will be a pair of new start times for Tennessee vs. Bowling Green baseball games this weekend at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
Friday’s contest that was originally slated to begin at 6:30 pm eastern time has been bumped up two hours to 4:30 pm eastern time. Saturday’s scheduled 6 pm eastern time first pitch will now come an hour earlier at 5 pm eastern time. The changes have been made due to expected inclement weather and cold temperatures in the Knoxville area.

Sunday’s series-finale against the Falcons will start at the same time, 1 o’clock eastern time in the afternoon. All three games will be streamed via the SEC Network+ and on the ESPN and Varsity apps while an audio stream of the games can be heard at UTSports.com or the Tennessee Athletics app.

Tennessee posted its 12th nonconference series-sweep at home since the 2020 campaign with three victories over Albany last weekend where the Vols outscored the Great Danes by a combined 41-11 margin. I three midweek games to date, the Vols have outscored UNC Asheville, ETSU and High Point by a combined score of 26-6 and also handed nationally ranked Texas Tech and Baylor form the Big 12 on Opening Weekend, 6-2 and 11-5, respectively.
