Tennessee Basketball makes final 10 for 2025 four-star PG, schedules official visit
Tennessee Basketball is one of 10 finalists for 2025 four-star point guard Isaiah Dennis, according to On3’s Joe Tipton. The Vols were listed alongside Cincinnati, Kansas, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Ohio State, Pitt, and Wake Forest in the final 10 for Dennis.
Tipton also reported that the Vols will host Dennis on an official visit on October 11, after trips to Pitt (August 30), Ohio State (September 7), Miami (September 13) and Michigan (September 21).
The 6-foot-5, 170-pound prospect out of Davidson Day School in Davidson, N.C., is the No. 81 overall player in the On3 Industry Ranking. He’s the No. 14 point guard int he 2025 class and the No. 3 overall player in the state of North Carolina.

“(Tennessee is) a great school overall,” Dennis told Tipton, “especially their sports programs and the fanbase of most of their sports especially basketball. As well as building a good relationship with Coach (Justin) Gainey and Coach (Rick) Barnes.
“Coach Barnes is a great coach and knows how to win and I want to be apart of that. He also helps develop players and get them to the next level so that also stands out.”
Tennessee has multiple official visits scheduled for the fall, including four-star shooting guard Darius Adams (September 13), four-star small forward Tounde Yessoufou (September 13) and four-star shooting guard Braylon Mullins (October 19), along with other possible visitors.
Tennessee currently has one commitment in 2025 class
Adams is the No. 18 overall player in the 2025 class according to the On3 Industry Ranking. He’s the No. 6 shooting guard and the No. 2 player in the state of Indiana, where he attends La Lumiere School.

Yessoufou, a 6-foot-5, 210-pound small forward, is the No. 19 overall player in 2025. He’s the No. 4 small forward and the No. 2 player in the state of California, out of St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria.
Mullins, a 6-foot-4, 180-pound shooting guard out of Greenfield-Central School in Greenfield, Indiana, is the No. 26 overall player in the class. He’s ranked No. 8 among shooting guards and No. 3 overall in Indiana.
The Vols currently have one commitment in the 2025 recruiting class, from four-star center Dewayne Brown. The 6-foot-9, 235-pound prospect out of Hoover, Alabama, committed to Tennessee on April 20.
Brown is ranked No. 103 overall in the On3 Industry Ranking and is the No. 10 center in the country and the No. 1 player in the state of Alabama.
