Tennessee Basketball already did its Feast Week work, winning the Baha Mar Championship last week in The Bahamas. Now the Vols are back home to host UT Martin on Wednesday in a 4 p.m. Eastern Time start at Food City Center.
Tennessee (6-0) moved up to No. 6 in the Coaches Poll and No. 7 in the Associated Press Top 25 on Monday, after wins over Virginia and Baylor late last week to win the Baha Mar Championship in The Bahamas.
UT Martin (2-4) has lost four straight and is back in Knoxville for the second time in four years. Tennessee beat the Skyhawks 90-62 in the 2021-22 season opener. The Vols are 5-0 all-time against UT Martin, with wins in 1993, 2003, 2009, 2011 and 2021.
The Vols are up to No. 5 overall in the KenPom.com ratings, ranked No. 3 in adjusted defensive efficiency and are ranked No. 9 in adjusted scoring efficiency.

The skid started at North Alabama on November 11 and continued at Longwood on November 16. UT Martin last week lost to both Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Le Moyne in a mutli-team event at Corpus Christi.
UT Martin is ranked No. 324 overall in the KenPom.com ratings. The Skyhawks are No. 225 in adjusted defensive efficiency and and No. 352 (out of 364) in adjusted offensive efficiency.
Junior guard Josu Grullon leads UT Martin with 18.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 24.8 minutes per game.
Chaz Lanier named SEC Player of the Week
Chaz Lanier was named the SEC Player of the Week after combining to score 51 points while shooting 59.1% from the 3-point line in the two wins in The Bahamas.
He scored 18 of his 26 points in the second half Thursday against Virginia, helping the Vols roll to a 64-42 win.
He torched Baylor with all of his 25 points in the first half Friday night, going 7-for-8 from the 3-point line before halftime, including a perfect 5-for-5 from three in the game’s first four minutes.
