Look: Sunday's updated betting line for Tennessee's game vs. Texas A&M
Tennessee football on Sunday was listed as a 3.5-point home favorite for Saturday afternoon’s game against Texas A&M at Neyland Stadium, according to FanDuel. The game is set for a 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time kickoff and will be televised by CBS.
The Vols (4-1, 1-1 SEC) were off on Saturday while the Aggies (4-2, 2-1) on Saturday lost 26-20 to Alabama at Kyle Field in College Station.
Tennessee is 3-2 against the spread this season. The Vols covered a 27.5-point spread against Virginia on September 2, winning 49-13, and covered against both UTSA, winning 45-14 as a 23.5-point favorite, and the 11.5-point line against South Carolina, winning 41-20.
Tennessee did not cover a 48.5-point spread in the 30-13 win over Austin Peay on September 9 and lost 29-16 at Florida as a 5.5-point favorite on September 16.

Tennessee beat Texas A&M 38-7 in the Cotton Bowl on New Year’s Day 2005 and beat the Aggies 3-0 in the Gator Bowl in December 1957.
A Closer Look: Texas A&M
Texas A&M, before the home loss to Alabama on Saturday, started the season with a 52-10 home win over New Mexico. The Aggies lost 48-33 a week later at Miami before bouncing back with three straight wins. They beat Louisiana Monroe 49-3 and Auburn 27-10 in back-to-back home games, then beat Arkansas 34-22 last week at AT&T Stadium in Dallas.
Max Johnson was forced to take over at quarterback for A&M after Connor Weigman suffered a season-ending foot injury. Johnson on Saturday completed 14 of 25 passes for 239 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
Le’Veon Moss had 16 carries for 49 yards and a touchdown and Ainias Smith had four catches for 88 yards.
