Kickoff time, TV information for No. 19 Tennessee vs. Texas A&M
No. 19 Tennessee (4-1, 1-1 SEC) comes off the bye week to host Texas A&M (4-2, 2-2) on Saturday (3:30 p.m. Eastern Time, CBS) at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville in the Vols’ annual ‘Checker Neyland’ game.
While Tennessee was off last week, Texas A&M lost 26-20 to No. 11 Alabama at Kyle Field in College Station. Texas A&M started the season with a 52-10 home win over New Mexico. The Aggies lost 48-33 a week later at Miami before bouncing back with three straight wins.
They beat Louisiana Monroe 49-3 and Auburn 27-10 in back-to-back home games, then beat Arkansas 34-22 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas before the home loss to Alabama.

Le’Veon Moss and Amari Daniels lead A&M on the ground. Moss has 62 carries for 325 yards and three touchdowns while Daniels has 287 yards and two touchdowns on 53 carries.
Evan Stewart leads the team in receptions (24) and receiving touchdowns (4) and is second in yards (403), just behind of Ainias Smith, who has 431 yards on 26 catches. Noah Thomas has four touchdown catches and 118 yards on 11 receptions.
Tennessee has played Texas A&M just twice since the Aggies joined the SEC in 2012 and only four times in the history of the two programs, with both teams winning twice. The Vols lost 45-38 in overtime at Kyle Field in 2016 and lost 34-13 in Knoxville in December 2020, during the COVID-shortened season.
Tennessee beat Texas A&M 38-7 in the Cotton Bowl on New Year’s Day 2005 and beat the Aggies 3-0 in the Gator Bowl in December 1957.
