The top player rankings for Tennessee Football player on the new EA Sports College Football 26 video game, which is set to be released on July 10:

94 — CB Jermod McCoy

Jermod McCoy is the highest-ranked cornerback in the game and is projected to be a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. McCoy was a breakout star in his first season at Tennessee, finishing with 44 tackles, nine passes defended and four interceptions. He had 31 tackles and two interceptions in 12 games as a freshman at Oregon State before transferring to Tennessee. 

90 — TE Miles Kitselman

Miles Kitselman was one of Tennessee’s biggest surprises last season, catching 22 passes for 301 yards and four touchdowns to lead the tight end room after transferring from Alabama. He had season highs with six catches for 97 yards and a touchdown in the win over Kentucky on November 2 at Neyland Stadium. He caught four passes for 46 yards at Georgia on November 16 and also scored on a 1-yard touchdown run in the first quarter.

89 — DL Joshua Josephs

Joshua Josephs had 39 tackles, nine tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks in 13 games last season, rushing passers opposite of James Pearce on Tennessee’s defensive line. It was a breakout season for the 6-foot-3, 240-pound Josephs, who over three seasons now has 71 tackles, 17 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks. 

87 — ATH Boo Carter

Boo Carter had 38 tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack and an interception as a freshman in 13 games as a defensive back and special teams returner last season. He’ll add some offensive packages to his plate this season. The home-grown Carter was a four-star prospect in the 2024 recruiting class, ranked No. 111 overall. He was the No. 3 athlete in the class and the No. 3 overall prospect in the state of Tennessee.

87 — CB Rickey Gibson III

Rickey Gibson III over his first two seasons has 41 tackles and three tackles for loss over 25 games. He had 32 tackles and two tackles for loss last season, holding down the corner spot opposite of McCoy. He has six passes defended in his career, including five last season, and has one forced fumble. 

87 — RB Star Thomas

Star Thomas, the running back and Duke transfer, had 871 yards on 213 carries and seven touchdowns and finished the season with 1,024 all-purpose yards. Thomas started his career in junior college at Coffeyville Community College, before transferring to New Mexico State and then Duke. He had 653 yards on 112 carries with four touchdowns in 2023 at NMSU.
