Vol players react to win over Kentucky
Tennessee led from start to finish as the improved to 8-0 after a win over border rival Kentucky on Saturday night. It’s the 35th time in the last 38 meetings the Vols got the win over their neighbors to the north.
Tennessee’s defense stepped up on the night as they picked off Will Levis three times. The much acclaimed future top 10 pick looked more like an undrafted free agent on the night.
Offensively, Jalin Hyatt found paydirt two more times and broke the single season record for touchdowns surpassing Marcus Nash.
After the game, several Vol players met the media to discuss the win.
