As the regular season winds down, Tennessee will host its Senior Day festivities Saturday ahead of their 1 p.m. ET matchup with UTEP. Omarr Norman-Lott will participate in the festivities as he is out of eligibility after this season.

On Thursday, the veteran defensive lineman accepted his invitation to play in the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile in February.

Norman-Lott is one who can certainly improve his stock in Mobile during the week of work in front of numerous NFL teams. Reese’s Senior Bowl Director Jim Nagy has been high on the veteran defensive lineman’s game for sometime.

“Former four-star transfer from Arizona State, @LottOmarr is an athletic 3-tech who immediately got our attention during summer tape study with his disruptive win-early upfield quickness & chase range, which he shows off in below,” Nagy said in a post his X account in August. “With NFL teams putting so much emphasis on inside rushers who can affect the QB, we think Norman-Lott, who had 5.5 sacks last year as backup, will steadily rise up draft boards this fall.”

Norman-Lott has made several key stops for the Vols this year with his ability to rush the passer from interior techniques.

The veteran defender has made 16 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks this season.

Norman-Lott entered the 2024 with the outlook of knowing this season was his final in college, and he takes the game as a day-by-day approach.

“I go day by day and game by game. I just take everything in, so that way I know I’m being able to get the full experience out of it. It’s a big year for everyone on the team; we are trying to do a lot of great things. We just want to continue to grow every weekend and be in those moments, but at the same time, take everything in and experience the Vol Walk and the fans. Those are things you won’t get back, so it will be a beautiful moment to be a part of.”
