The 2025 NFL Draft wages on, and another Tennessee Volunteer is officially off the board in the 2nd round after Omarr- Norman Lott was picked by the Kansas City Chief with the No.63 overall pick.

Norman-Lott played a vital role in Tennessee’s defensive pass rushing attack when healthy. He was a productive, disruptive interior pass rushing presence and surged up draft boards over the off-season.

Norman-Lott in 13 games had 4.0 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, 18 tackles and three quarterback hits.

He received high praise during the season from ESPN’s Matt Miller.

“(Omarr) Norman-Lott is the pacesetter for a deep Volunteers defensive line,” Miller wrote, “registering four sacks and 18 pressures this season along with an interior pressure percentage of 14.5%.”

Dont’e Thornton, Dylan Sampson, and Cooper Mays remain names to watch after Lott comes off the board.
