VQ Pod: A deep dive into the transfer portal, plus Tennessee baseball and the NFL Draft

The transfer portal is closed in both football and baseball but roster acquisition continues to be active for both sports.
The Tennessee basketball team is clearly looking to add help in the backcourt to go with transfer Jakobi Gillespie and the other roster additions in Nate Ament, Jaylen Carey, and Troy Henderson. Where will those additions come from?
On the football side, Tennessee is obviously looking for a defensive tackle and a receiver. Getting receivers to campus has been a challenge and the pool of receiver candidates is getting smaller. Tennessee has had defensive tackles in town. They have had four in over the last week including Grand Valley State’s Josh Schell who continues to see his portal stock rise with more and more teams calling. Can the Vols close on one of the two remaining on the board after their visit?
