Hubbs is the veteran of the Tennessee beat having covered Vol football daily since 1994 when he started in talk radio. Hubbs is a two time Tennessee Sportswriter of the Year award winner and also won a national Edward R. Murrow award in 1997 for coverage of a basketball coaching change. He’s also an analyst for the University’s football radio broadcast as well as a TV co-host for the Sunday morning football rewind show, The Extra Point.
Austin Price has been with Volquest for over a decade and has established himself as the premier authority in football recruiting as well as football coverage. Price has dominated recruiting coverage for years developing great relationships with key influencers in the recruiting world. He also co-host a Tennessee statewide radio show called the The Nation, co-host The Locker Room television show on Sunday nights and is the color analyst for the high school game of the week in East Tennessee called Rivalry Thursday.
Rob Lewis is the dean of the Tennessee basketball beat having seen the Vols play around the world as well as spending his summers in gyms watching prospects play covering basketball recruiting. Lewis also helps with football and recruiting coverage. Lewis is a frequent guest on multiple radio shows throughout the state.
Eric Cain is a jack of all trades who’s background in radio has made him a natural podcast and video host. Cain coverage baseball as well as recruiting in all sports. Cain provides sideline coverage for the East Tennessee high school game of the week as well.
