Texas extended an offer to Houston (Texas) Langham Creek tight end Jordan Washington on Tuesday night. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound prospect is an under the radar type with 10 offers, including Utah, Cal, Purdue, and Arizona State. But the Texas offer might've hit differently.
