Coach V: Texas did what it needed to do against a well-rounded Wyoming team
Several thoughts come to mind after our second rodeo in a row. First off, I thought it obvious that a mature bunch of grown men weren't going to allow a few minor details to change their attitude. Wyoming fielded a very experienced group of veterans that stressed their strong points on both sides of the ball. They proved they can throw and catch five yard outs till the cows come home. We proved we can't quite get pressures, sacks, or PBU's often enough to get them off the field playing casual. Time of possession is more important than sometimes given credit for. It's a good thing we had strong numbers in rotation because we saw brief fatigue going against a game opponent.
