The evaluation:
Cunningham is an athletic linebacker who has defensive back covering abilities. He was being recruited by a number or schools at safety, so that speaks to his athleticism. Cunningham can fit in the same role as Texas’ Morice Blackwell, playing in space, covering tight ends and slot receivers. At almost 200 pounds, Cunningham will have to gain weight, but he shows a of physicality and toughness when coming up to make the tackle or take on pulling offensive lineman. – Charlie Williams
