The player: Parker Livingstone, WR, Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy

The measurables: 6-foot-4, 189 pounds

The date: Saturday, July 1

The rating: 89.25 (four-star)

The ranking: Livingstone is the No. 384 overall prospect, the No. 65 wide receiver, and the No. 63 player in Texas according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four primary recruiting media services. On3 ranks Livingstone as the No. 110 wide receiver and the No. 137 player in Texas.

The evaluation: Livingstone has good hands, a pretty big frame at 6-foot-3, and looks pretty comfortable getting the ball in traffic. In fact he was injured during a playoff game against South Oak Cliff his junior season after leaving his feet to snag a dig route over the middle and landing hard. His speed is hard to discern between old track times and reported mph on his HUDL but his footwork off the line of scrimmage is good and he certainly gets down the field. He’d be an X receiver at Texas after filling out past 200 pounds who could be a target at the chains or downfield. – Ian Boyd

The finalists: Texas, Texas A&M, LSU, Arkansas, South Carolina

The official visits:

  • South Carolina – June 2
  • Texas – June 23
