Kreul’s father Kory Kreul said the Longhorns knocked it out of the park during their opportunity to host his son. Kreul visited Texas on June 13. He visited Ole Miss the week prior on June 9 and Oklahoma the week after on June 20.
“It was a great weekend; Jake really enjoyed it,” Kory Kreul told Eric Nahlin. “He got out of it what he wanted to get out of it as far as definitely spending more time with (Pete Kwiatkowski) and (LaAllan) Clark, just going over scheme and general development for Jake, where he fits within their system. That’s the part Jake loves. Jake loves talking ball.”
Kory told IT that Jake’s arm length was measured in the 33-34 inch range and his wingspan was “just over 80-something inches.” His height was recorded at 6-foot-2.5.
