On Sunday night’s SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report, more commonly known as an injury report, forwards Arthur Kaluma and Devon Pryor were both listed as probable for the 7:30 p.m. Central matchup on SEC Network. Guard Chendall Weaver, who has been out since early January, was once again listed as out.

South Carolina’s Myles Stute remains out after it was announced he had been diagnosed with left lower leg deep vein thrombosis in early January.

Kaluma hasn’t been in action since he played in only 11 minutes versus Alabama on February 11. The Longhorns’ second-leading scorer and top rebounder, Kaluma has been nursing a knee injury. Including the Alabama game, Texas managed to go 1-1 in his absence with a win over then-No. 15 Kentucky.

Pryor, dealing with a calf problem, missed the Alabama game as well but was able to go for 13 minutes in the win over the Wildcats. After not breaking the double-digit minute threshold in the first few games of conference play, Pryor played 14 minutes in the comeback versus Texas A&M, 16 minutes at Ole Miss, 21 minutes at LSU, and 24 minutes at Vanderbilt. The only time he didn’t get to 10 minutes was versus Arkansas, when he only played nine.

Kaluma is averaging 12.9 points and 7.9 rebounds, while Pryor is posting 3.9 points and 2.2 rebounds per contest.

During his media availability earlier this week, Terry emphasized how important it was for his squad to be able to go six days without a game. The Longhorns were off in the midweek, allowing for a couple of extra days off for everyone and not just Pryor and Kaluma. That break also applied for players who weren’t on the injury report like Tramon Mark and Jayson Kent, who have both dealt with various bumps and bruises during their 2024-25 seasons.

Texas begins a crucial five-game stretch toward March starting Saturday in Columbia, S.C. All signs point to them being as close to full strength as they have been in several months against a team that has yet to secure a win in SEC play.
