Houston Cougar Defense: Bleeding Money

Houston is 3-3 (1-2 in Big 12 play) after an improbable upset win over the West Virginia Mountaineers. Dana Holgorsen extended his professional life for another week, but a big reason that they've been blown out in two other Big 12 contests (36-13 to TCU, 49-28 to Texas Tech) and were upset by Rice (43-41, OT) earlier in the year is a lack of money down defense against some fairly low to mid performing offenses.
