Humidor: D-line position notes, RB leadership, 2023 Recruiting Matters
This week saw the return of ‘team run’ to offseason programming. That consists of very fast-paced agility drills over the course of an hour as players move from station to station. It’s basically a long HIIT workout. Those drills are difficult enough, but then they’re finished off with gassers. You may have seen players on Twitter discussing how tired they were this week.
