Our Justin Wells and Eric Nahlin dive into Texas Football team notes including intel at wide receiver, defensive tackle, notes on Cam Williams, Andrew Mukuba, and the position battle at field corner in this edition of Inside the Program.

The duo begin with the wide receiver position where newcomer Silas Bolden is all the rage. The 5-foot-8 dynamic playmaker is a more polished pass-catcher than expected and will be pushing time with the first team in August. Matthew Golden is also getting looks at slot receiver as he’s now fully healthy.
Eric and Justin shift to defensive tackle, where there’s a lot of size and bodies on the defensive interior, starting with Alfred Collins and Vernon Broughton. When you add portal pieces in Bill Norton and company, the room is has a ton of experience.
They talked about Cam Williams and how he’s holding down right tackle this summer after a solid spring. He’s staying in shape and preparing for the speed-rushing EDGEs for the 2024 schedule.
