On the latest Deep Dive on the Inside Texas Football YouTube channel, Paul Wadlington and Ian Boyd assess the opponents on the Longhorns’ 2024 schedule in order of difficulty.

The first group is teams Texas should handle easily, aiming for a 5-0 record against them, including ULM and Mississippi State.

Then there’s the “middle class” of teams with potential to challenge Texas but are still expected to be beaten, such as Arkansas, Florida, and Kentucky.

Group three is “rivals with upside” in Oklahoma and Texas A&M. The two highlight their strengths and the significance of these rivalry games.
