The Texas Longhorns made significant progress in their recruitment efforts, particularly with five-star prospects Jonah Williams and Michael Terry.

Jonah Williams, a safety from Galveston, visited Texas and showed a strong interest. His visit was pivotal as Texas highlighted their plans for him, even suggesting a role on offense if he preferred.

Texas’ baseball program also played a role in the recruitment of Jonah Williams, indicating a potential dual-sport opportunity.

Michael Terry, another top 2025 prospect, has been targeted by multiple schools, but Texas remains a strong contender due to their tailored approach and strong relationships.
