Inside Texas Football host Texas Homer was joined by Eric Nahlin for this week’s Inside the Program. The weekly show discusses the goings on behind the scenes within Texas Football.

This week’s topics include how practice went in the lead up to facing Arkansas, team morale and mindset, players hitting their stride, young players who could see an increase in playing time, and how helmet communications have helped Quinn Ewers and Anthony Hill.

In short, the week of practice was good, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday. Though, Nahlin does mention there was one minor hiccup.

Team morale is great. It’s a confident yet focused team. The program knows it can’t leave its fate in the hands of the playoff committee.

Both Edge Trey Moore and cornerback Malik Muhammad were discussed as players who were already good but are staring to hit another gear.

Young players such as running back Jerrick Gibson, cornerback Kobe Black, and linebacker Tyanthony Smith were also discussed.
