Longhorns in the NFL for Week 15

Thirty-five players who played at the University of Texas were on NFL rosters of 22 of the league’s 32 teams for Week 15 of the season. Here’s a breakdown of how they fared over the week, with some highlights of performances and updates.

Below are a list of the players listed alphabetically by teams: 

Arizona

Geoff Swaim, TE

Swaim had a catch for 26 yards in the Cardinals’ 45-29 loss at San Francisco on Sunday. He has been active for all 14 games this year, catching 10 passes for 94 yards.

Atlanta

Ta’Quon Graham, DT

Graham had two combined tackles, a solo stop, a sack and a forced fumble for the Falcons in their 9-7 loss at Carolina on Sunday. He has 17 combined tackles, four solo stops, a sack and a forced fumble for the season in 12 games for Atlanta.

Bijan Robinson, RB

Robinson ran seven times for 11 yards and caught a pass for three yards in Atlanta’s loss. Robinson has 801 yards rushing and four TDs and 41 catches for 323 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games this season.

Baltimore

Devin Duvernay, WR

Duvernay was placed on injured reserve with a back injury suffered last week in the Ravens’ win at home over Los Angeles on Dec. 10. Duvernay has played in 13 games for Baltimore this year, amassing four catches for a total of 18 yards and four carries for 15 yards. He is expected back for the playoffs.

Justin Tucker, PK

Tucker made all three of his field goal attempts, including a 43-yarder, both of his PAT kicks and had three touchbacks for Baltimore in its win. He is 27 of 32 on FGs this season.

Buffalo

Poona Ford, DT

Ford was inactive for the Bills their 31-10 win at home over Dallas on Sunday. He has played in five games this year and has seven combined tackles and a solo stop.

Carolina

D’Shawn Jamison, CB

Jamison was inactive for the Panthers’ 9-7 win over Atlanta on Sunday. He has eight combined tackles, four solo stops and a pass breakup in 11 games this season.

Chicago

D’Onta Foreman, RB

Foreman ran six times for minus-six yards in the Bears’ 20-17 loss at Cleveland on Sunday. He’s carried 109 times for 425 yards and four TDs this season and added 11 catches for 77 yards and another score in nine games.

Collin Johnson, WR

Johnson was sent back to Chicago’s practice squad last week. He has not played in a game since 2021 when he was with the New York Giants.

Roschon Johnson, RB

Johnson carried five times for 36 yards and caught four passes for 24 yards in Chicago’s loss. He has racked up 274 yards and a touchdown on 54 carries and caught 28 passes for 155 yards in 12 games in his rookie season.

Cincinnati

Joseph Ossai, DE

Ossai had one combined tackle and a solo stop for the Bengals in their 27-24 win at home over Minnesota on Saturday. He’s racked up seven combined stops, four solo tackles and a sack in 11 games this year.

Cleveland

Marquise Goodwin, WR

Goodwin caught a pass for 57 yards (by far his season high) in the Browns’ 20-17 win over Chicago on Sunday. He has four catches for 67 yards and has run the ball four times for 33 yards while playing in 10 games for Cleveland this year.

Dallas

Malik Jefferson, LB

Jefferson remains on the Cowboys’ practice squad. He has three combined tackles and two solo stops in his three games this season.

Denver

Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR

Humphrey had three catches for 16 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos’ 42-17 loss at Detroit on Saturday. He has 11 catches for 93 yards and two TDs in 14 games for Denver this season.

P.J. Locke, S

Locke had four combined tackles, two solo stops and a pass breakup in the Broncos’ loss. He has 34 combined tackles, 20 solo stops, three sacks, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and an interception for Denver in nine games this year.

Houston

Andrew Beck, TE

Beck caught a pass for minus-5 yards in the Texans’ 19-17 win over Tennessee on Sunday. He has five carries for three yards this year, seven catches for 40 yards and an unlikely kickoff return for a TD in 13 games on the season.

Kris Boyd, CB

Boyd was inactive for the Texans in their win on Sunday. Boyd was signed by Houston in late October after being released earlier this year by Arizona. He played in four games with two combined tackles and a solo stop while with the Cardinals.

Hassan Ridgeway, DT

Ridgeway suffered a torn Achilles in the Texans’ win over Tampa Bay in week 9. He will be out for the rest of the season after producing six assisted tackles and a solo stop in the three games he played in this year.

Indianapolis

Sam Ehlinger, QB

Ehlinger was active but did not play in the Colts’ 30-13 win at home over Pittsburgh on Sunday. He has not seen the field in the first 15 weeks of the season.

Kansas City

Keaontay Ingram, RB

Ingram is on the Chiefs’ practice squad.  He amassed 74 yards and a touchdown on 35 carries and 26 yards receiving via four catches in eight games with Arizona this season before being signed by Kansas City.

Charles Omenihu, DE

Omenihu had two combined tackles, a solo stop, a sack and a forced fumble in the Chiefs’ 27-17 win at New England on Sunday. He has 20 combined tackles, 10 solo stops, 4.5 sacks, and a pass breakup in eight games this year.

Los Angeles Chargers

Cameron Dicker, PK

Dicker did not attempt a field goal but made his three PAT kicks and produced three touchbacks for the Chargers in their 63-21 loss at Las Vegas on Thursday. He is 19 of 20 on field goals this season.

Miami

DeShon Elliott, S

Elliott was inactive for the Dolphins’ 30-0 home win over the New York Jets on Sunday. He has 60 combined tackles, 33 solo stops, six passes defended and a fumble recovery in 12 games this year.

Brandon Jones, S

Jones had his best game of the season on Sunday in the Dolphins’ win, racking up five combined tackles, five solo stops, two pass breakups and two interceptions – one of which he returned for 40 yards. He has 31 combined tackles, 22 solo stops, four passes defended, a forced fumble and two interceptions while playing in 13 games this season.

Connor Williams, C

Williams was placed on season-ending IR on Wednesday after he suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in a Dec. 12 loss to Tennessee. Williams, who will become a free agent in March, suffered the injury on the Dolphins’ first offensive series. He played and started at center in nine games this season.

Minnesota

Jordan Hicks, LB

Hicks has returned to practice with hopes of playing again in the regular season after he was placed on injured reserve on Nov. 16 with a leg injury. The Vikings lost at Cincinnati 27-24 in overtime on Saturday. Hicks was Minnesota’s leading tackler this season before he was injured, producing 87 combined tackles, 34 solo stops, a sack, four passes defended, one interception, two recovered fumbles and forced a fumble in 10 games this year. 

New England

Calvin Anderson, T

Anderson is on injured reserve. He played in six games and started at right tackle in the first two games of the season and was inactive for two games before being placed on the injury list.

Adrian Phillips, S

Phillips was active but did not play in the Patriots’ 27-17 loss at home to Kansas City on Sunday. He has recorded 17 combined tackles and nine solo stops while playing in nine of New England’s games this season.

Brenden Schooler, S

Schooler played but had no stats in New England’s loss. He’s played in 14 games and has 12 combined stops, 10 solo tackles, a fumble recovery and a blocked field goal this season.

New Orleans

Malcolm Roach, DT

Roach was placed on injured reserve last week after suffering a knee injury in the Saints’ week 13 loss at home to Atlanta. He’s played in 12 games this season, amassing 38 combined tackles, 10 solo stops and three passes defended. 

Philadelphia

Moro Ojomo, DT

Ojomo saw six snaps worth of action but did not record any stats in the Eagles’ loss to the Seahawks. Ojomo has not recorded any stats this season.

Seattle

Michael Dickson, P

Dickson punted five times with a long of 59 and one landing inside the 20 during Seattle’s 20-17 win over the Eagles.

Quandre Diggs, S

Diggs recorded five tackles in the Seahawks’ win over Philadelphia on Monday Night Football.

Tennessee

Keondre Coburn, DT

Coburn had a combined tackle for the Titans in their 19-16 loss at home to Houston on Sunday. Coburn was signed by Tennessee after being released by Kansas City (for the second time) in early December and a stint on the Broncos’ practice squad in November. He has two combined tackles while playing in two games this season.

Washington

Samuel Cosmi, G

Cosmi started for the 14th straight game for the Commanders in their 28-20 loss at the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. He helped the Washington offense produce 297 yards.
