Matt Luke is stepping down at Georgia. Does it affect Arch Manning?

Fresh off of helping Georgia to a National Championship victory over rival Alabama, Matt Luke has stepped down. Luke was previously the head coach at Ole Miss before becoming the offensive line coach at Georgia.
