The 6-foot-0, 195-pound pass-catcher was crucial during UT’s SEC Championship game run and College Football Playoff semifinal march in 2024.

Golden, a Klein (Texas) Cain native, transferred from Houston during the offseason after entering the NCAA Transfer Portal in December 2023. In Austin, he was Quinn Ewers‘ top wide receiver target collecting 987 yards receiving and nine touchdowns on 58 catches.

Golden missed part of the CFB Playoff matchup versus Ohio State due to injury, but returned in the fourth quarter.

For his career, Golden caught 134 passes for 1975 yards and 22 touchdowns.

He joins Kelvin Banks and Jaydon Blue as early declarations from the 2024 Texas Longhorns for the 2025 NFL Draft.
