In this episode, Justin and Bobby discuss…
- Justin and Bobby start with Texas’ newest 2024 commitments, Jerrick Gibson and Nate Kibble. After landing Christian Clark last week, Texas running backs coach Tashard Choice is at it again snagging On3’s No. 2 tailback for 2024. Choice’s recruiting chops rank him among the nation’s best. Texas OL coach Kyle Flood isn’t too far behind after grabbing the Humble (Texas) Atascocita prospect.
- Justin and Bobby talk about the commitment dates for many of UT’s targets for 2024 including Parker Livingstone, Jordan Washington, Malik Blocton, Melvin Hills Jr and more.

- Justin and Bobby discuss the Texas official visit weekend and recap all the stories and interviews that Justin and Gerry Hamilton provided on Saturday and Sunday. Zina Umeozulu enjoyed hanging with his big brother, Neto Umeozulu. Alex January used his final official trip for Texas and the Horns look great. Jordon Johnson-Rubell was a popular subject as he joined fellow targets Kobe Black and Corian Gipson, and he’s looking at a July decision. With Gipson, when he didn’t commit to Clemson following the flurry of visits, Texas looked solid. With Black, it’s Texas vs the Field at this stage. With Terry Bussey, it was the shift in primary recruiting position from defensive back to wideout that made a difference. Texas A&M has led for a minute, and Bussey will drop his top schools list soon. Parker Livingstone arrived in Austin with a cowboy hat and boots. When asked about his OV, “when Texas invites you to an official visit, you say ‘yes.'” Lake Belton’s Selman Bridges enjoyed his UT official trip, coming off Arkansas and TCU visits. Finally, Texas QB pledge Trey Owens is doing so much behind the scenes, recruiting for the 2024 class and building relationships along the way. Plus, nobody had a better visit than On3 Five-Star Plus+ EDGE Colin Simmons.
- Justin and Bobby finish with what’s coming up next at Inside Texas. More post-OV interviews, more Justin and Gerry collaborations, and more content as we head closer to July.
