- Joe and Justin look at UT’s top wide receiver target for the 2024 class, Temple (Texas) Lake Belton star and On3 Consensus five-star Micah Hudson. One of the top pass-catchers in the nation made his way to Austin last Saturday for the Junior Day event on campus. Inside Texas is set to see the rising prospect this week as he takes his exploits to the hardwood vs Waco High on Friday night. Texas, Ohio State, and Texas Tech are the schools standing out right now, with Georgia offering a scholarship on Wednesday.
- Joe and Justin talk about Texas Basketball’s upcoming contest in the B12-SEC Challenge at No. 4 Tennessee, against former UT coach Rick Barnes. No. 10 Texas is in the middle of Big 12 Conference play, but taking a trip to Knoxville on Saturday. Barnes’ teams always play great defense and that’ll be on tap when he faces his old program from Austin.
- 2025 Denton (Texas) Guyer DE Xavier Okponu was an interesting offer that was on campus on Saturday for its Junior Day. The 6-foot-3, 275-pound sophomore has only played football for a year and presents immense upside along the defensive line.
