- Justin and Joe open with Saturday’s Orange-White scrimmage and how the development of the EDGE, linebacker, and running back positions. From Arch Manning, Johntay Cook, Anthony Hill, AD Mitchell, and Payton Kirkland, there are plenty of new faces to see for Texas fans at the spring game.
- Justin and Joe discuss the latest from the NCAA transfer portal with UT losing three players on Wednesday; Brenen Thompson, Trevell Johnson, and Derrick Brown. With the new additions enrolling in January, the Horns are having business as usual with the portal news in late Spring. The Transfer Portal opens next week, and these three Horns decided to begin the paperwork. For Thompson, running track might’ve put him behind the other receivers. For Johnson, he needs a fresh start, and for Brown, he was unable to make weight or fulfill his responsibilities.
- Justin and Joe talk about the recruiting visitors headed to Austin for the Spring game on Saturday, including two elite offensive linemen; Brandon Baker and Daniel Calhoun. The out-of-state duo are among the top prospects in the Class of 2024. They’ll be joined by Texas commits Trey Owens and Hunter Moddon, and top running back target Jerrick Gibson will be on the scene as well.
