OFFENSE – Highest Graded

QB: Hudson Card = 67.6, Quinn Ewers = 51.3

Analysis: Even though Card graded out higher, it was very obviously Ewers that made the most notable impact. Ewers took more than half the snaps at quarterback and finished 16-of-22 passing, 225 yards and two touchdowns.

RB: Bijan Robinson = 79.8, Roschon Johnson = 70.7

Analysis: Bijan Robinson led the tailbacks in grades after 111 total yards and two touchdowns. It was a strong day for the backfield with Johnson at 70.7 (16 snaps) and Keilan Robinson’s 76.6 on only five snaps.

WR: Gabe Sulser = 70.3, Jordan Whittington = 66.0

Analysis: While Sulser had the highest grade, Whittington led the receivers in snap count with 34. Xavier Worthy added a 57.2 grade with 32 snaps. Here, the numbers don’t really tell the story.

TE: Ja’Tavion Sanders = 86,8, Gunnar Helm = 60.5

Analysis: Sanders had a breakout game versus ULM, tallying 85 yards receiving and one score on six catches. Sanders also was the offense’s highest graded player in addition to leading the tight end group in number of snaps (34). Helm was next with a 60.5 grad on 15 snaps.

OL: Christian Jones = 69.4, Kelvin Banks = 69.0

Analysis: Jones led all the offensive linemen with a 69.4 grade on 55 snaps. Banks was right behind him at 69.0 on 37 snaps overall. However, Banks was the highest graded run-blocker and pass-blocker with 69.6 and 85.8, respectively. The differentiator may have been Banks’ one penalty. Hayden Conner was graded 84.8 on pass blocking and Cameron Williams finished with 68.9 in run blocking.

DEFENSE – Highest Graded

DL: Keondre Coburn = 81.2, Moro Ojomo = 79.2
