Quinn Ewers, Arch Manning to be counselors at upcoming Manning Passing Academy
Every year at Nichols State in Thibodaux, La., the Manning family puts on the Manning Passing Academy. Archie, Eli, and Peyton Manning welcome quarterbacks from around the country for instruction at the multi-day event, with notable college signal-callers serving as counselors for one of the biggest collections of QB talent each year.

“We’ve still got an outstanding group,” Archie Manning noted, via Outkick. “I’ve had more requests to attend the camp than I’ve ever had. I wish I could invite them all. We’ll never have a shortage of quarterbacks.”
The Longhorns will be represented with two in the counselor ranks. Sophomore Quinn Ewers will attend the event, as will freshman Arch Manning.
Ewers, who started 10 games last year for the Longhorns, was ranked as the No. 3 overall prospect in the 2021 On3 Industry Ranking. He was 172-for-296 during the 2022 campaign, passing for 2177 yards and 15 touchdowns over six interceptions. He emerged from the Longhorns’ spring drills as the starting quarterback.
