Ranking the Texas post-Spring position groups

Spring has sprung which gives us another chance to evaluate and rank the Texas position groups. This is mainly a conversation exercise as all position groups can stand to improve, but it also gives you an idea of where the roster is rounding into form and where questions remain after a Spring period designed to address those questions.
