Scouting reports on multiple transfer portal defensive backs

After the departure of Terrance Brooks, the Longhorns are beginning the process of scouring the portal for defensive backs. Steve Sarkisian's program already plans to host one portal defensive back on Thursday, and more could head to Austin as the month of May goes on.
