I was actually feeling pretty good about my prediction. Before the SEC slate had began, I put 8-10 out there as a prognostication. Then, on Feb. 1, Texas crushed LSU on the road one week after their startling comeback at home against A&M. Those wins brought their league record up to 4-5 at the halfway point. I could be right! I could really be right! I wasn't right.
