Kelvin Banks and Jaydon Blue were the offensive players of the game. Anthony Hill and Liona Lefau earned defensive player of the game honors. On special teams, Ethan Burke and Alfred Collins received accolades for their play in the third phase.

Banks, a junior left tackle, was on the field for 65 snaps according to Pro Football Focus. He earned an offensive grade from PFF of 72.7, good for second on the team among players who saw 15 or more snaps. Banks has allowed one pressure this season, according to PFF.

Blue, a junior running back, had 25 carries for 124 yards and three touchdowns versus ULM. He also added a three-yard receiving touchdown early in the contest for four total scores.

Hill, a sophomore linebacker, tallied three total tackles including a tackle for loss and a sack. He also recorded an interception that he returned for a touchdown, though the points were taken off the board due to a ticky-tack block in the back penalty.

Collins, a senior defensive tackle, was credited with the blocked field goal on ULM’s 45-yard attempt at the end of the first half. He finished with three tackles and a tackle for loss.

Burke had three tackles, one tackle for loss, and a pass breakup in regular defensive play. Though Collins was credited with the blocked kick in the stat sheet, Burke appeared to have gotten his hands on the ball as well.
