The 75th Annual Reese’s Senior Bowl will be played on Feb. 3, 2024 in Mobile, Ala. The Reese’s Senior Bowl is the preeminent and longest continually running college football all-star game and an important stage in the NFL Draft process.

Christian Jones, Alfred Collins, Byron Murphy, and T’Vondre Sweat are joined by linebacker Jaylan Ford and defensive back Jahdae Barron from the Longhorns, which heads into this Friday’s final Big 12 Conference game hosting Texas Tech ranked 36th in total defense, eighth in rushing defense and 20th in scoring defense.

Sweat, senior from Huntsville (Texas), has recorded 37 tackles, 15 of them solo and 8.5 for a loss as well as two sacks, eight quarterback hurries and three passes knocked down. He also blocked an extra point during UT’s 26-16 win over Iowa State on Saturday.

On3 has Sweat at No. 9 on the 2023 Heisman Trophy Week 13 Power Rankings.

With Sweat providing pressure in the middle, Texas has held five consecutive opponents – Houston, BYU, Kansas State, TCU, and Iowa State – to under 100 rushing yards, the Horns’ longest such streak since 2018. On the year, the Longhorns have held seven opponents to fewer than 100 yards on the ground.
