The No. 10 ranked Texas Longhorns face a huge week on the road in Big 12 play. This is the only week this season in which the Longhorns play two road games.

Texas (15-2, 4-1) travels to Ames for a Tuesday top 25 showdown against No. 14 Iowa State, and then makes a trip to Morgantown to take on West Virginia.

Having swept home games against No. 17 TCU and Texas Tech last week, it’s imperative Texas finds a way to split the road games this week to stay on pace for an 11-7 type Big 12 record this season.

The Longhorns have won both road games in Big 12 play thus far. Texas won at Oklahoma to begin conference play, and also won at Oklahoma State.

The Longhorns are 8-1 under interim head coach Rodney Terry.
