OHIO STATE
RB James Peoples, San Antonio (Texas) Veterans Memorial
Texas offered during a June camp, and even hosted the San Antonio product a few other times, but didn’t push much after that with Jerrick Gibson and Christian Clark trending toward the Longhorns.
OL Donovan Jackson, Houston (Texas) Bellaire Episcopal
Texas absolutely loved the Houston area stud, who has moved from guard to tackle seamlessly. He committed to the Buckeyes early and never wavered.
LB Payton Pierce, Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy
The former wrestler might’ve been the most natural inside linebacker in the state in years. Texas really wanted him, but Columbus snagged him.

Texas offered the East Texas product but went with Jerrick Gibson and Christian Clark instead.
WR Jaden Greathouse, Austin (Texas) Westlake

WR KK Smith, Frisco (Texas) Reedy
DL Loghan Thomas, Katy (Texas) Paetow
DB Leonard Moore, Austin (Texas) Round Rock
Texas didn’t recruit the local product, but the Fighting Irish jumped on the new starter in the defensive backfield.
